Capstone Realty Resources, started as Hodge Appraisal, has offered complete
appraisal services since 1984. We are now a full service realty firm offering
valuation, brokerage and consulting services to our clients. Our mission is to
provide our clients with quality service delivered in a timely fashion, focusing on
our clients needs.

Appraisal services focus on several areas including commericial/industrial,
agricultural/agribusiness and litigation support. Our firm is recognized by many
as being the "go to" appraisal company for many different complex property
valuation assignments.

Our brokerage services concentrate mainly on the commercial/industrial and
agricultural markets throughout Michigan and residential properties in the
Greater Lapeer County area.

Consulting is done on a case by case basis, concentrating primarily on providing
our clients with investment analysis and other real estate related questions.
