Douglas K. Hodge, MAI, ARA, is a state certified general appraiser in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Colorado. He has an extensive background in agricultural and agri-business valuation as well as commercial and industrial properties. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Ferris State Univerity as well as the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the Accredited Rural Appraiser designation from the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appriasers. He was raised on a dairy farm and owned and operated a dairy farm prior to becoming involved in the appraisal profession.
John Linck, ARA, is a state certified appraiser in Michigan and an accredited rural appraiser with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. John also has past experience in banking and financial planning. He has a B.S. degree in Food Systems Economics and Management from Michigan State University. He is managing partner in Raub-Rae Farms, a certified organic crop and livestock farm in Michigan's Thumb Region.
Pete Lucia has been a resident of Lapeer County for 36 years and entered into the real estate profession upon completing college in 1964. He has been a real estate broker in Lapeer County for 35 years. Pete owned and operated Greater Lapeer Realty, a full service real estate corporation, for 25 years. During that time he participated in over 100 million dollars in real estate transactions. After selling Greater Lapeer Realty in the late 1990s he continued to work as a real estate consultant and a contract broker for both buyers and sellers. His main focus remained primarily the commercial and industrial real estate market but he did not lose touch with the residential market by dealing with the sale of an occasional home, condo, or residential lot.
